Starting your own Business

How do you know when it's time to start your own business?  This seminar explores that question and helps you define exactly what you want to do. Are you "Captain of the ship" or a "subject matter expert?"  Learn why your career, no matter which way you take it, should be treated like a business. The average person is predicted to change jobs every 3.2 years.  That could mean 16 different places to work for those just entering the workforce. With new technology and changing ways of doing business the very job titles we used 10 years ago are not defined the same today... or will they be 10 years from now.  Although 80% of a good business is about planning the 20% that is the passion for one's career is what actually makes and breaks business. Whether you run your own business or you partner with someone else's, there must be the ability to shift with changing markets. If you don't love your career...  will you be able to make the changes to keep it?
