Louisville, Kentucky, January 2007: Christopher Kuselias, CEO of Career T.E.A.M. and Chris
Scaffiddi, Project Director for The Pacific Institute, announced that ResCare of Louisville, Kentucky, has reached an agreement to purchase the newly created CTL/TPI Career Success Skills (CSS) program for use in its (17) Job Corps Centers in the US and Puerto Rico. CTL and TPI previously partnered to create solutions to the newly introduced Career Success standards (CSS) by the national office of Job Corps.

Under the terms of this agreement, all ResCare Job Corps Centers have purchased a permanent, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and utilize the CTL/TPI materials in whole or in part for the purposes of preparing their staff and students for the 21st century workplace.

CTL/TPI staff will begin training all ResCare staff to deliver the new materials via (3) national conferences in Washington DC, Chicago and San Francisco. CTL/TPI will also conduct a "Cultural Awareness Measure" for each Center and will train all Career Outreach Specialists on strategies to improve job placement and retention performance.
