May, 2008: Career T.E.A.M. announces CEO Christopher Kuselias has been engaged to speak at the Pennsylvania Partners 24th Annual Employment, Training & Education Conference May 7-9, 2008. Mr. Kuselias will be speaking on Improving Job Development for TANF Clients. This session will demonstrate how to improve job development efforts through the use of sales techniques and how being able to "sell" and build trust is quintessential if you’re charged with building a thriving client base.

Studies show that only about 10% of the nation's job developers have received any formal sales training. Today, we know that job development and meeting placement and retention objectives requires strong sales skills.
