Wilmington, DE, October 2007 - Career T.E.A.M. (CTL), a national leader in workforce development coaching, announced outstanding results on its latest performance based government funded project by the Delaware Department of Labor to serve TANF recipients.

Among the many contributions that Career T.E.A.M. has made to the community, finding long term employment is the program priority. Delaware has many highlights to include:

• The program successfully employs approximately 60 clients per month and has helped clients obtain lucrative positions making as much as $85,000 annually.
• Creating individualized action plans for clients to obtain employment and remain employed. With the support given and the opportunities presented to clients, Career T.E.A.M. has achieved a job retention rate of 70% for recipients of public assistance.
• Collaborating efforts with local councils and committees such as; SHRM, New Castle Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Caring, Nehemiah Gateway, MTC – Job Corp and Goodwill.
• Giving back to the community is something we take pride in. Partnering with the AAA for a food basket drive for the holiday. Raising money and participating in a walk to help cure Juvenile Diabetes.
