Career T.E.A.M. Awarded Contract For Core Services at 6 Sites In North Central CT.

Hartford, CT, July 2005: Career T.E.A.M., LLC. Has been awarded it’s second consecutive contract to provide "Greeter" and Core Services at the six North Central One-Stop Centers located in Hartford, Enfield, New Britain, Manchester, East Hartford, and Bristol. The Capital Workforce Partnership has recognized Career T.E.A.M.’s outstanding customer service as criteria for continuing to partner with Career T.E.A.M..

During the previous four quarters of operation, CWP surveyed customers using the Resource Libraries to evaluate customer satisfaction with services provided. The overall rating from each survey was an almost 90% customer satisfaction of the Career T.E.A.M. staff. Stephanie Frisch, Coordinator Core Services noted the six sites serve over 2,000 customers each month and to receive that kind of praise truly speaks volumes to the quality professionalism exhibited by her staff.

In addition to the Greeter services at the One-Stops, Career T.E.A.M. offers a variety of seminars and workshops designed to assist job seekers in their pursuit of employment. Among the most popular topics are, "How to Interview", "Networking Your Way to a New Career", "Using On-Line Applications", and "How to Write a Powerful Resume".
