Most importantly, Career Empowerment provides critical soft/job skills training, while supporting the Job Corps PRH requirements. "
our pre and post placement measures have improved we are enjoying a graduate placement rate of 112.9%. The most dramatic improvement of our statistics has been the post placement measures 88.8% of goal for 6 month, and 78.2% for 12-month follow-ups. We attribute these improvements to the trainees true commitment to securing and maintaining employment when they leave, and believe the Career T.E.A.M. materials have assisted us in our facilitation of those critical skills", says Ms. Cardella.
