Hamden, Connecticut, January, 2003- Career T.E.A.M., a nationally recognized leader in workforce development coaching, is proud to announce that it has collaborated with the Cassadaga Job Corps Center to add empowerment training to its student orientation process.

Located in Western New York and operated by Career Systems, Inc., The Cassadaga Center, under the direction of Center Director, Andrew Carpenter, is one of the most successfully managed Job Corps facilities in the United States

Eight Career Systems, Inc. staff members, including orientation specialists and counselors, participated in two days of intensive facilitator training which involved oral, video and group presentations designed to have a positive impact on enrollment, placement and job retention. Beginning in March, every newly enrolled student will receive Career T.E.A.M.’s The Power That Lies Within manual and participate in 30 new hours of instruction, conducted during their first three weeks on site.
