Hartford, CT, December 2009: Beth McCabe has been appointed as the National Director of Training for Career T.E.A.M. Beth will oversee Career T.E.A.M instructors from Washington D.C to Boston by providing advanced training and support services. She brings thirty years of experience in experiential education and has conducted training around the country in “Career Empowerment Train the Trainers”. Previously, she was a Career T.E.A.M. instructor for welfare assigned to work clients in Hartford, Danbury, New Haven, New London, and Waterbury.

Beth is committed to keeping the Career T.E.A.M curriculum up to date. The overall goal of her position is to create top notch, highly effective instructors who can work with the more challenging clients of the 21st century. A new systematic strategy has been implemented nationwide for Career T.E.A.M. trainers.
