It is a known fact that motivation is directly linked to morale and attitude within the working environment.  Employee motivation then, should be a prime concern to employers if they wish to maintain a stable and productive workforce.  External motivation, such as incentives or threats (Carrot/Stick), is temporary at best, and most commonly employed by America's middle management.  It is our view that the best motivation comes from within an individual.  A person must want it!
