His first book, "The Career Coach", received national acclaim and served as the foundation for the CTL nationally recognized training curriculum; which has served over 250,000 participants in the government sector since introduced in 1996.

  • In 1996, Mr. Kuselias founded CTL, LLC in New Haven, Connecticut and introduced the Government Contracting Division, which has provided services in over 30 states and Puerto Rico.

  • In 1998, Mr. Kuselias accepted an invitation to the White House from former President Clinton and Vice-President Gore to consult with a select group of Fortune 500 CEOs to develop a national “best practices” welfare to work solution.

  • In 1999, CTL received the prestigious "Blue Chip Enterprise Award for Innovation" from the United States Chamber of Commerce.

  • In 2001, CTL was honored by INC. MAGAZINE as #416 on the list of the United States’ 500 fastest growing privately held companies.

  • In 2003, CTL was selected by the Louisiana Department of Labor to design and implement a statewide welfare to work initiative for 16,000 Louisiana recipients.
