  • In 1985, he founded Kuselias Enterprises, Inc., a corporate training and executive coaching organization. His work also included advising amateur student athletes on their professional options and career opportunities with clients including the University of Connecticut.
  • From 1985-1993, Mr. Kuselias became a regular keynote speaker at many of the nation’s finest educational institutions and national conferences, and designed productivity enhancement programs for Fortune 500 companies, coordinated life skills and job retention programs for federal, state and city agencies and created employment readiness courses for numerous educational institutions throughout America.
    His first book, The Career Coach, authored in 1990, received national acclaim and is still utilized by schools and colleges nationally. His extensive background and experience as an inspirational speaker, trainer, educator, media personality and author culminated in the development of several new self-improvement initiatives.
  • From 1993-1996, Mr. Kuselias partnered with UBS (formerly Paine Webber) to create a unique executive outplacement/life coaching workshop series implemented by Fortune 500 companies.
  • In 1996-1997, Mr. Kuselias founded Career T.E.A.M., LLC in New Haven, Connecticut and introduced the Government Contracting Division. Since inception this unit has since procured over $50 million in state and federal grants to design self-improvement products and services.
  • In 1998, Mr. Kuselias accepted an invitation to the White House where he met with former President Clinton and Vice-President Gore, a select group of Fortune 500 CEO’s and others to develop a national “best practices” welfare to work solution, in response to the Welfare Reform Act created by Congress.

  • In 2002, Mr. Kuselias channeled his nationally recognized public speaking abilities and unbridled passion for sports to radio, where he and his brother Erik were offered their own New England talk show on a Fox Sports radio affiliate.
  • In 2003, Mr. Kuselias accepted a position to co-host the new ESPN “Sports-brothers” radio talk show program; broadcast in over 200 national markets from ESPN Headquarters in Bristol, CT.
  • In 2004, Career T.E.A.M introduced its Media Production Division and began creating innovative radio and television programs. Mr. Kuselias left ESPN to design and Executive Produce a new Life Balance/Career Management TV concept in partnership with CareerBuilder.com. In partnership with David Harris Katz Productions, the duo won an Emmy award for the pilot associated with the CareerBuilderTV project.
  • In 2005, Mr. Kuselias created CareerTEAM+, a new consulting division of CareerTEAM created to assist Government Funded Non Profits and Community Based Organizations build the capacity of their organizations to better compete in the complex 21st Century job market.
  • In 2006, Mr. Kuselias announced that CareerTEAM and The Pacific Institute, a highly prestigious consulting firm based in Seattle, agreed to co-market their cognitive behavior solutions to the workforce development industry.
  • In 2007, Mr. Kuselias partnered his firm, Career T.E.AM., with Splash Media to market The Success Training Network (TSTN), an Internet based channel featuring the works of Steven Covey, Zig Ziglar, Les Brown and other internationally acclaimed authors and speakers.
  • In 2008, Mr. Kuselias continued to expand his national speaking engagements with presentations at: National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, National Association of Workforce Boards in Washington, US Department of Labor Annual Conference and several state conferences including Maryland, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Mr. Kuselias was also named to host a new national radio program distributed by In Charge Debt Solutions of Orlando, Florida on the Armed Services Radio Network for 3.4 million service personnel.
