BENEFITS & REWARDS

Health Insurance
Career TEAM offers medical insurance through Anthem (CT/DE/PA/MA) and Blue Cross Blue Shield DC/MD) networks.  Included with medical benefits are a prescription drug program and vision coverage.  Career TEAM pays a flat rate towards each employee’s medical coverage.

Dental Insurance
Career TEAM offers a comprehensive dental benefit through Morgan White Group, a subsidiary of United Health Care.  Employees have a choice of two plans: each provides preventative and basic care.  The plans provide the freedom of choice in selecting a dentist as well as the depth of coverage.  Dental insurance is 100% voluntary and is an employee expense.

Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance
Career TEAM offers connection to AFLAC for Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance.  STD/LTD insurance is 100% voluntary and is an employee expense.

Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Career TEAM provides $10,000 of basic term insurance.  The Company pays 100% of this benefit.

Employee Assistance Program
Career TEAM provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ESI that is a free and confidential employee counseling program, offered to all employees and their families for their emotional and physical well-being.

Retirement Plan 401(k)
The Career TEAM 401(k) plan helps employees to plan for their retirement. The plan enables participants to save and invest money while significantly reducing their current taxes. Employees who are at least 21 years of age are eligible for the 401(k) plan following one-year of employment.

Paid Time Off
Career TEAM provides time off with pay for holidays, vacation and personal time.
