Founded in 1996, Career TEAM, LLC (CTL) is a private workforce development organization. Since inception, Career TEAM,  has successfully been granted over $50 million in state and federal funding to employ and retain over 25,000 hard to serve individuals. Career TEAM Consulting, formed in 2002, has trained and/or certified over 10,000 workforce development professionals through its nationally recognized staff capacity enhancement curriculum.

Career TEAM’s outstanding record of accelerating the human condition has resulted in numerous honors:
